GOLDOC Issue Drone Security Tender

GOLD Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation has issued a tender seeking the

provision of drones to enhance security and safety of the Commonwealth Games.

This expression of interest (EOI) will take into account the following RPAS types:

  • Fixed-Wing

  • Conventional Rotary

  • Multicopters

  • Lighter than air airships (LTAs).

GOLDOC is also seeking innovative approaches to the deployment and provision of pilots and supporting equipment.

Drones could be a new addition to security at the upcoming Commonwealth Games
